Move is not really move

Bought this based upon it being advertised as being able to "move" contacts from one group (contact source such as iPhone, gmail account, exchange account) to another. Turns out it cant always do a "move".

Here is the relevant message from the app:

"Move to Exchange
Contacts can only be copied to your Exchange server. The original contacts that are being copied will be left in tact (sic)."

Yes, there is an app that can consolidate dups. But that doesnt make sense either. Seems like someone would figure out how to do a "Move" the way we would all expect it to work.
